Overview
This Train-the-Trainer process is designed to equip facilitators with knowledge of the content of the GO Team modules. In addition, this process teaches facilitators how to handle the “real stuff” that will come up when a team is learning together.
Who Should Attend?
If you don’t have the needed experience and skills working with intact work groups or teams, this train-the-trainer process is for you! You will also want to attend, if you are interested in deepening your knowledge of teams and your skills working with them.

Gain a foundation for facilitating groups or teams using GO Team
Learn key elements of GO Team content
Explore issues and situations likely to arise in team learning sessions and identify techniques to handle them
Train-the-Trainer Format:
We are offering this sixteen-hour learning opportunity in two formats:
1. 4 four-hour evening sessions
2. A two-day intensive

Instructor:
Susan Gerke is the co-developer of GO Team. She is the president of Gerke Consulting & Development and is a faculty member of Brandman University Extended Education. Susan has been working with leaders and teams since 1989 designing and implementing leadership and teamwork programs. Susan is the co-author of three books including The I in Team … Accelerating the Performance of Remote and Co-located Teams.
